The natural sugars inside the beans and the bourbon are in ideal harmony while roasted simply right. The end result is a severe and complete-bodied coffee with bourbon flavor notes of caramel, honey and butterscotch. The wedding of those herbal flavors is a first-class balance of sweet and spice, fruitiness and nuttiness, partly derived from the bourbon’s maturation in seasoned casks.
